Anthony Pusateri, DC
Dr. Anthony was born & raised on Long Island and lives in Suffolk County with his wife Joy, their daughter Isabella, and have two dogs….Romeo (Maltese) and Coco (Yorkie). Dr. Anthony is a graduate of New York Chiropractic College in 1994 and has been practicing for 25 years. He has certification as as Golf Injury Specialist, and Dr. Pusateri has completed Northwestern’s Spinecare Chiropractic Rehabilitation Program, as well as, training from NYCC in Flexion Distraction Technique. Dr. Pusateri’s wellness practice Philosophy is based on five major disciplines to help individuals improve the quality of their lives: Chiropractic Care, Massage, Meditation, Nutrition and Exercise. In addition to his studies and practice, Dr. Pusateri enjoys reading, playing golf, and spending time with his family. He has taught at the New School for Massage and Acupuncture, and more recently an Adjunct Professor at SUNY Farmingdale teaching Wellness Concepts and Principles.
Doreen Dimanche-Smith, FNP-C, APRN, MSN, BSN
Medical Director/President of Thrive Medical of Smithtown Chief Medical Officer of Thrive Medical Clinics Doreen Dimanche-Smith was born and raised in Long Island, NY. With the support and encouragement of her husband, Charles, parents, and her family, Doreen went on to obtain certifications. Doreen has a paralegal degree and legal studies. Doreen received her BSN and MSN with honors, both from Stony Brook University. She is currently in the process of completing her Doctorate in Executive Leadership. She is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Doreen has experience in pediatrics and adult ICU, and emergency rooms. In 2020, Doreen opened Thrive Medical of Smithtown, NY. After successfully managing the office as the President in 2021, Doreen became the Chief Medical Officer for all the Thrive Medical locations. Doreen is a mother to two step-children and mother of four children. She enjoys being a mom, laughing, shopping, dancing battles with her kids, singing Whitney Houston songs, and spending time with her husband and family.
Gabrielle Herard, FNP-C, APRN, MSN, BSN
Gabrielle graduated from Stony Brook University with a bachelor’s degree in Health Science with a Concentration in Environmental Health. Subsequently, she completed her master’s degree in Nursing, earned her Family Nurse Practitioner Certification, and became a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Married, Gabrielle has a daughter and enjoys traveling to different countries and experiencing new cultures.
Jillian Arevalo, FNP-C
In 2017, Jillian graduated from the New York Institute of Technology with her bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Jillian worked in a hospital for four years while simultaneously attending LIU for her Master’s Degree. In 2020, Jillian graduated with her Master’s in Science with a degree in Family Nurse Practitioner. In her free time, Jillian enjoys traveling to various parts of the world. She’s been to five different countries so far and is looking forward to continuing to explore different cultures. She is fluent in Spanish and English
Luis Yepes, MS, LAc
Luis, originally from Puerto Rico, found a passion for acupuncture after the devastation caused by Hurricane Maria in 2017. He received his Masters of Science in Acupuncture from the New York College of Health Professions and has experience in effectively treating orthopedic pain, allergies, and neurological conditions.
Luke Jansen, PT, DPT
Luke graduated from Adelphi University with his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in 2017, then attended High Point University, where he completed his doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2020. Luke has experience treating patients ranging from general orthopedics, geriatric populations, post-op joint replacements in acute and outpatient settings, Parkinson’s Disease, as well as outpatient oncology with a focus on head and neck cancer. He is a skilled manual therapist and emphasizes functional movements and exercises for return to work and daily life without pain or restrictions. Luke enjoys staying active with activities, including weightlifting, golfing, and fishing. He takes pride in providing comprehensive education to patients regarding their impairments, helping patients achieve their goals, and establishing a great relationship with each patient.
