Chelsea Rodriquez is a highly skilled and board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience across various healthcare settings, including acute care, emergency care, adult care, and family practice. She obtained her Master of Science in Family Health from Stony Brook University, where she developed a strong foundation in primary care. With her extensive knowledge and expertise, Chelsea has shifted her focus to specialize in functional rehabilitation medicine, osteopathic manipulation, and trigger point injections. Chelsea’s dedication to this specialty stems from her enduring passion to significantly enhance her patients’ quality of life. Her primary goal is to assist them in effectively managing pain and regaining peak physical condition, free from discomfort and limitations.

Dr. Nicolas Yurick M.S, D.Ac., L.Ac.

Dr. Yurick is a passionate and licensed Doctor of Acupuncture who has a strong background in the healing philosophy of eastern medicine. With a Master’s degree in the science of Acupuncture and Qi Gong Instructor certification, he brings a unique perspective to the world of holistic medicine. Nicolas’s love for ancient Chinese practices led him to study in several hospitals in He Nan Providence, China. He then received his Doctorate in Acupuncture through Pacific College of Health and Science, solidifying his expertise in the field by integrating an evidence based approach to his practice. Nicolas’s holistic perspective to healing centers on harmonizing the mind, body, and spirit, as his own healing journey has led him to understand the importance of connecting one’s physical and mental well-being to achieve optimal health. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain or simply seeking balance in your life, Dr. Yurick has the knowledge and expertise to guide you towards optimal wellness. Rich Mallon, PT, DPT, ATC

Rich obtained his bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training and Clinical Health Science in 2012 and a doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2014 at Ithaca College. He is a licensed and registered NYS Athletic Trainer and Physical Therapist. Rich enjoys spending time with his wife outdoors at the beach, fishing, and hiking. He loves sports, played football for Ithaca College, and with that background, enjoys helping everyday athletes of all ages return to what makes them happy.
